Delivery duties and Taxes 

As of 27/01/21 any orders sent to the EU will no longer be subject to UK VAT but will be billed at your national tax rate. All orders will be shipped to you on a DDP basis (Delivered Duty Paid) thereby you as the customer will not be responsible for any customs duty/excise duty and/or import VAT that are incurred on non DDP deliveries.

 

Returns

We offer an exchange or full refund on all orders returned back to us within 30 days of receipt. Returns after this date will only be accepted at our discretion. All items that are returned or exchanged must be unworn and in their original condition, including any packaging and swing tags. If any item is damaged, soiled or altered this may not be accepted and may be sent back to you.

How do I return? UK customers

Country of Origin offer free returns for all UK customers. Follow the link to our returns portal here and simply follow instructions.

For factory sale returns Country of Origin are not liable for return shipping costs

How do I return? Non UK customers

Simply return the items back to us at the address below, ensuring that the items are securely packaged, so as not to be damaged in transit.

We also recommend that you use an insured courier service with signature on delivery. Country of Origin cannot take responsibility for any products lost or damaged in transit back to us. 

If you are an overseas customer, on the outside of your parcel please be sure to include 'Returns Department' prominently at the top of the address and declare the goods as returns to the couriers/postal service. This will prevent your return from being delayed by UK customs. If you don't do this then the parcel will be held by UK Customs for processing. This can take up to 28 days to complete and will delay your refund.

Include your original invoice, with your preference for exchange or a refund. If you wish to exchange your items, remember to specify for which product, colour & size, using the space provided on your invoice. We recommend that you send us a quick email at info@countryoforigin.co.uk so we can put the replacement item aside for you.

What items are returnable?

They must be in original condition.

For clothing, unwashed and unworn.

In the original packaging.

 

Are there any charges for return?

For non-UK postal returns Country of Origin are not liable for return shipping costs.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Country of Origin will cover the cost of dispatching exchanged items.

How soon will I get my refund?

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied original method of payment, within 10 working days.
